ROCKETLOCK / FLIGHT NOTES

Privacy Policy

What happens when your connection takes off.

Last updated

This Privacy Policy follows the information involved in using RocketLock VPN, from starting a connection to asking for help. It also explains the choices and requests available to you.

Start with your permission

RocketLock VPN uses Android VpnService. Before a connection can be enabled, Android presents its VPN authorization request for your approval. Providing the connection involves processing network traffic, IP addresses and connection state to establish the tunnel, route traffic and maintain operation.

Send a support request

Information you voluntarily include in a support message is used to understand the issue and respond. Include relevant details, but avoid sharing passwords or sensitive information unrelated to the assistance you need.

Understand who is involved

Infrastructure and support providers may process relevant information while carrying out those services. Information may also be disclosed to satisfy applicable legal obligations or comply with a binding legal request.

Retention and safeguards

How long information is retained depends on its purpose, operational or support needs and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable measures are used to protect information during handling. Security cannot be guaranteed for every transmission or storage system, and safeguards do not eliminate all risks.

Make your choices

You may disconnect the VPN or revoke its authorization in Android settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to processing. Use the developer contact details in RocketLock VPN's app store listing for these requests and privacy questions.

Check for revisions

Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required, and consent will be obtained before they apply when legally necessary.
